2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

3. As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. 

4. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

 


 

1. Customer satisfaction is our top goal. We believe our items are so outstanding. All products are quality checked. They are new and in good condition when shipped to our customers. We are convinced you will be happy with your Purchase.
 

2. For Electronics -  NOT an easy job for someone who has no technical skills with Disassembling or Assembling Cellphones/mobile phones So only purchase the item if you know how to install it. We will not be held responsible for any damages to your cellphone/mobile phone that you may cause during the changing of replacement parts.
 

3. If product is defective or damage upon arrival, or wrong product shipped, please contact us immediately. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date and item must be in original new condition, not worn or altered in any way with attached tags & wrap. Otherwise deal is final. Return shipping must be paid by buyer. 
 


 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
 
Late or missing refunds
 
1- Refunds process take between 3-7 business days to complete 
2- The refund will granted directly to the same method you use to purchase in our store (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card)
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1. Please contact us ABOUT THE RETURN ADDRESS if you need to return the item, Do not return the item to the address which shown on the package (it is not our office's address). Otherwise, we can not receive it. Please also leave a note in the package and write your Buyer ID and Seller ID. Then we can resolve it soon once we get it.

 

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to quality for exchange of goods. We only accept the original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage. Only defective product can be offered exchange, we will not be responsibility if someone who damaged the item when installing it. Please NOTE that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, all return shipping fee should paid by the buyer.
